#asktheexpert my 1.5 year old boy always touch and scratches on his private part..I think he feels itching all the time... what is the reason behind this?

Sometimes it could be extreme wetness into the region because parents use diaper all the time and sometimes it could be extreme dryness so the skin could be dry and dead so you can apply any cream or lotion on that area I would recommend to use Boroline antiseptic cream
