A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability cojould be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

A. kindly continue the medicine given by your doctor and take a follow up after 3 days of starting medicine. follow up is also required because the doctor will tell you whether you have to continue the same medicines or there wizll be changed in the medicines .
