#AskTheExpert Mother's milk is very less and not coming sometimes.. is there a remedy?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. you should know that mother milk is the best nutrition for baby and baby should not be given formula milk at all you can increase breast milk supply by taking plenty of water and also good nutrition with protein rich diet

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom have lactation tablet have shatrvati Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times
a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits
have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.
