#asktheexpert miam I have a pain below my breast,it's bone whenever I force or my baby accidentally put it hand on it it feels very painful

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency.
you should have a proper sitting pxosture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

It is advisable to get yourself evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly.
