#AskTheExpert meri daughter 1 year ki ho gyi hai par usko dekh k nai lagta k 1 year ki hai.. kuch h time se bilkul khana cchhod diya usne sara din me 2 e bite khati hai jo normal khana hum khaate hain na formula milk na daliya khichadi na soup kuch b nai na koi fruits..m so much worried sirf breastfeeding pe hai sara din me.raat ko neend b bahut kam hai uski jab uthegi breastfeeding deni padti hai

This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. gs Diet counselling is also very important .

A. Hi mom Give natural appetizers like coconut water, jeera water, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of your baby. Give food in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that attract baby towards food. Give all that you cook for ur family. include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake, potatoes, rice etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
