#AskTheExpert Meri beti 10 months ki hai. Usko diet me hum log Cerelac, Cow milk, Fruits in pulp form, Daal ka pani , ye sab dete hain. Iske alawa aur kya2 diya ja sakta hain? please bataye... Dhanywaad

A. Hello dear parent! You can start giving your baby all the healthy homemade foods that you daily prepare for your family in mashed form. Give your baby 3 meals and water along with daily breastfeed. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Good luck and take care.
