include dates syrup In her diet
give her probiotics like curd and buttermilk
give her soups of tomato moong dal and drumsticks
giv her Desi cow a2 milk twice a day
giv her khichdi upma daliya sheera khir porridge etc in luncj or dinner
two meals and two breakfasts would do
