You can use any good toothpaste for kids like I would suggest you Himalaya bubblegum toothpaste oral B Junior toothbrush to clean the teeth of the child when the teeth comes out otherwise you can use a finger brush with a toothpaste as of now these toothpaste are completely safe if the child swallows it as it does not have any fluoride into it
