#AskTheExpert meri 5.5 month ki baby hai jo ki breastfeed pe hai, kuch din se mere joints me dard hone lga jbki mai calcium or vitamin le rhi hu, kindly guide me kya Krna chahiye muje?

A. I would recommend you to get a test done for osteoporosis along with that I would advise you also to get the test conducted for the deficiency of vitamin D three and vitamin B 12 as that would also be one of the basic reasons behind so much painWrite Your Answer Here
