A. thank you for reaching out to us with your question of you think that you have need to check as one if he is being over fed because that could be one of the reasons why is throwing up, double check his feeding because in some cases eating can lead to vomiting with your pediatrician who can confirm if required medication all you need to do is keep them hydrated
