Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along withfd that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

as first remedy , please offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child.
Apply warm paste of Turmeric powder on chest and back of your child
avoid cold and windy climate.
