Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear See your baby's pediatrician if your baby has vomiting for longer than 12 hours. Babies can get dehydrated quickly if they're vomiting. Get immediate medical attention if your baby is vomiting and has other symptoms and signs like: diarrhea.
