#AskTheExpert mera beta 7-1/2 months ka h me use similac formula milk de rahi hu. 100 ml Dene pr b baar baar vomit karata h aur usse jyada dete hi use motions b hone lagate. jb se other food pr shift kara h ye problem nahi h but raat me neend me use doodh hi chahiye hota h aur 100 ml se jyada. kya 1 year se pahale is stage pr cow's milk ya toned milk pr switch kr sakte h? aur kis tarah de sakte h..?

Give cow milk after one year as baby’s digestive system is still developing
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Do tummy time regularly
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
