baccho k milk teeth 6 years ki age se girna start hota hai..
if your kid's milk teeth do not fall and permanent teeth erupt behind milk teeth then consult dentist for removal of milk teeth..

Every baby development cycle is different and same applies on teething. Mostly it start happening once baby done more than six years old so you should not worry about it at all. You should just try to give daily routine food to your baby and baby should take at least four meals in a day
