Mam actually since you have mentioned clearly that your child is having its teeth so I would like to tell you that this irritable behaviour that you are mentioning and clinging onto the breastfeeding is because of that only second when it comes to food please add salt and spices into the food and give more of liquid-based diet like soups and also that at least your child would enjoy what you offer
