it is gastric reflux.
please offer small and frequent feeds.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding.
make sure your child latches properly because sometimes babies drink milk too fast and swallow air with milk which gets trapped in stomach and then at the time of burping or after feeding air comes out with milk which we call spit up .
burp your baby frequently.
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food.
