#AskTheExpert mera baby 15 month ka h ...iski body me iron ki kami h ...doctor ne use suplement bhi diya h kya uski yeh kami theek ho jayegi ....or mam iske liye or kya karu ..or use kya khane ko du

A. yes, iron deficiency will surely recover.. continue with iron supplements with iron rich food. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes can be healthy finger food.

A. Hello dear parent! Without proper physical examination it is not possible to conclude anything. If you find any vitamin deficiency in your child then consult your child’s doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Give a well balanced healthy diet and keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
