Sunita MahatoMom of 3 children1 Year agoA. sleep routine ke liye.. gv last solids as dinner at around 7.30 to 8.30 pm as dal roti doodh roti or stuffed parantha.. and before bed milk the best way to put baby sleep gv good massage before bed play some soothing soft music as baby is sleeping..
