#asktheexpert May I give medicine for fever to my daughter at midnight when suddenly the temperature of her body rises? Could the PCM medicine be given without having food at midnight time ? As, it is considered that medicine should not be given empty stomach... Please reply...

yes can give pcm in mid night if temp raise by 100 F.
you may give her lots of fluids alomg with it.
