Q.

#asktheexpert may baby is 2.7 years old.. He still take feeds when he feels sleepy.. could not sleep without feed.. I have used femit too but not useful.. please help

A. Hello mom you have to get firm with him and yourself too they may throw a tantrum etc but do not give in to their demands .. as the more late you do the more difficult it gets . Also cows milk can be given to before bed time it’s good to go with it
