Author of questionGuardian of a 5 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Baby got heavy congestion in lungs because he is bottle feeding as shows up in X-ray, and our Dr. said his right lung filled with fluid which is creating trouble so.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.vf
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medvicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
