Author of questionGuardian of a 5 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Baby got heavy congestion in lungs because he is bottle feeding as shows up in X-ray, and our Dr. said his right lung filled with fluid which is creating trouble so.

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.vf steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medvicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
