Madhurima GoswamiMom of 7 children3 years agoA. Purchase a cream preventina. take a piece of heavy cloth and warm it over a tawa for 1 minute. Rub the preventina throughly below feet for 1 minute and apply the warm cloth 4 to 5 times. your baby will feel good and will heal the cough after few days. keep this doing 3 to 4 times. Its a desi nuska i too applied on my 1 month baby. its magic

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. every season has its own challenges specially for kids. In the coming winter season also care is required specially regarding the seasonal flu and respiratory Infection . protect the child from extreme cold and sudden temperature variations.
also healthy diet with all the required vaccine upto date should be given.
also skin care is required and avoid dryness of skin .Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.
if fever is there paracetjyamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .
