#AskTheExpert#MamyPoko we are new parents and facing difficulty in feeding baby. we are not sure what is the right amount of feed baby required. for how many minutes mother breastfeed him? we are feeding him for 10-15 mins, he sleeps after that hut sometimes he cry for feed in 1 hr and sometimes he sleep for 3 hrs.

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear the sleeping pattern of the child keeps changing so there is nothing to worry breast feed the baby at a gap of 2 hours for 15 to 20 minutes from both the breast as a breastfeeding mother have lots of fluid and fibre in your diet and do not stay empty stomach for long
