ExpertDr. Hemendra GuptaPaediatrician4 years agoA. the milk intake should not be more then 300 to 400 ml in a day so I would suggest you to focus on the cereal based food like porridge khichri sooji preparations like upma idli sambhar Dal rice roti with vegetables

Seema shekharMom of 2 children4 years agoA. After one year you can introduce cow milk. it should be proper boil at leat 5 to 10 min. introduce first in 1 time then gradually increase may be in start baby may have some digestion problem but gradually he or she will adjust.
