#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko My kid is 3 yr 8 months he was facing problem while pooping. the poop was hard due to which he used to bleed while pooping. it was on and off later the problem was solved. I see a small nodule like thing at the end of his anus. and now if he the poop is hard i see slight blood sometimes if he is pooping daily than there is no problem no blood. Can you suggest me some thing to make him poop daily, or for softening the poop etc

please consult your pediatrician for once.
keep your child well hydrated
offer fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, tomatoes soup, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child.
give Massage to your child daily
give Massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands.
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
Maintain good hygiene
