ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, Give her steam inhalations 4 to 5 times a day for cold and cough, use baby vicks, use nasal drops for nasal block.
Use paracetamol 120 mg 3 ml in proper dose for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
