Hello ma’am If your child is not speaking even a single word that maybe your child is having a delayed speech growth so that wise to consult a ENT specialist for the same and if needed consult a speech therapist because that way with proper therapy is an exercise your child will be able to speak at some point of time. Apart from that slowly gradually only a child learns about telling you passing a motion or urine so just take your child every two hours to the washroom slowly gradually probably your child is going to learn it
