Cow milk or buffaflo milk is not recommended for the babies below one.
Introduce cow milk once ur baby completes one year. As ur baby is 8 months old give 3-4 meals in a day and give milk rest of the day to ur baby. Maintain the gap of 2-3 hours between the two meals
