#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko my baby was admitted before 2-3 days with problem watery diarrhea and vomiting he is fine now but it seems he has a problem of gas. what to do?is colic ad ok for gas

A. baby is crying mostly due to gastric trouble for which you can give collicaid drops during pain and regularly give Bonnisan for2 times a day. burping is important ,cyclic motion of legs relieves gasesfor loose motion you need to maintain proper hydration,give enterogermina probiotic 2.5 ml twice act day for 5 days, but if the problem continues please consult doctor in case of fever and vomiting also
