DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello , your baby girl is 1 month old and she is spitting her milk through her nose means vomitng is very forcefully done so burp her properly after every feeding and give her 10 drops of domstal before milk

Do not worry
It will correct soon
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Burp well after every feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleast ten minutes
Give adequate feeding
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time regularly
