ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear you are advised to increase the intake of fluid and fibre in the diet of the child you can give liquids in the form of coconut water lemon water buttermilk do some cyclic motion exercise with the legs of the child also include all food groups and give three meals a day try to give lukewarm water early in the morning to the child
