#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko my baby is 3 months old n on bf he passes bowel after 4/5 days if not we use stimulants what would be the reason he is not passing stool every day n what’s the treatment for him?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. no problem hujlm Babies below 6 months may not be passing stool regularly a constipation of 8 to 10 days is absolutely normal in them there is no need of any medicines

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi but it is not necessary for young babies to pass stool on daily basis. it is normal for them to not pass stool upto 7 days and 10 times in a day. so no worries just feed your child on demand give massage on daily basis which helps to regularise bowlmovements
