I hv tried many medicines and home remedies too.. still facing same problem. full day he make noice from his nose and chest..evn when I take him in hand I feel his breath of disturbance in his back and from chest...

When you can feel the congestion in babies chest then it means there is mucus and it better you should keep your baby hydrated and give your baby indirect steam,and you should also apply Vicks baby rub on babies chest and back and also make sure that you keep your baby warm.
