AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom This can be due diapers. Apply coconut oil on the anus area. This will help to get rid of the rashes. Or U can apply any diaper rash cream on the rashes. U can buy #Babyhug diapers that are soft on skin and absorbs good amount of urine and keeps the baby dry preventing rashes.
