A. There are are variety of nutritious food that can be included in baby's diet after 1 year. There should be 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. In breakfast, you can feed milk, boiled eggs, omelette, dalia, oats, toast, veg sandwich, besan and beetroot cheela, etc. In lunch, rice with dal, idli-dosa with sambhar, chicken or fish curry with rice, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi with curd, etc. In dinner, chicken soup, chapati with paneer gravy, stuffed parantha, chapati with mixed vegetables, etc. Give 600-700 ml milk daily in any form.
