#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko how many hours of sleep is needed for my baby in the day. I feel like he is only sleeping for few hours hardly 3 -4 hours in day. Also which are the best foods for weight gain for him. My baby is 7 month

A. Hi dear mom Normally the baby sleeps for 10 - 12 hours at night time and 3-4 hours during the day.. So it is fine. If ur baby is active and comfortable when awake then no need to worry. Daal ka pani, ripe banana, mashed sweet potato, rice, avocado, potato are some of the weight gaining food.
