#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko hi mam my son has three years old he is not walking yet but we consult do many doctors but they said there is a problem in brain.but one doctor said when delivery time the oxygen levels not get to baby that's y may effect the brain is this true??

A. Hello dear We cannot pin point for sure. Is the baby having cerebral palsy? Sometimes these things can happen even if the delivery is a planned surgery or on a genetic basis also
