#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko Hi Doctor It's my second pregnancy and baby is 20 days old. I am giving brest milk. but from 2 days it is not sufficient for the baby. let me know what is best cow milk or formula.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. if your milk is not sufficient to your baby than formual milk is good option than cow milk..Formula is better as it is made similar to breast milk.
You should always talk with your doctor before giving any formulas by own.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi.. Not cow milk is not recommended before 1 year of age...pls use formula...babies digestion system is not prepare to digest cow milk at this age. It may lead to certain issues and digestive issues.
