Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fekgd babies. you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age

If The motion of your child is not hard or your child is not suffering with constipation yet if you are seeing red colour of blood into the motion of your child and mostly it is due to some kind of an infection in the stomach you should get it checked once
