mam, Rashes are formed by many reasons like dry skin, allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics, heat or sweating or Infection.
so first ,you should check for this.
it is better to stop using any cosmetics.
just apply thin layer of coconut oil or aloe vera gel on itchy part.
maintain good hydration.
prefer Cotton clothes for a child.
