Hello ma’am I think you just doing a wrong comparison because every child has a different and specific body type you know which is basically either on the mother or on the father soap and some kids obviously look much more healthier or taller or heavier than other kids but that is their genetics so if your child is active reaching all the milestones on time then don’t worry about it
