if you’re breastfeeding, avoid foods like citrus food, tomatoes, spicy foods, carbonated, oranges, drinks, and foods high in fat, these can causes reflux in babies.

just keep the baby in elevated position while and after feeding and Burp the baby properly after every feed.
curd like vomiting is nothing to worry about
