ZebaMom of a 3 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. You can travel but small babies have earpain due to pressure and they cry a lot..this happened to my husband's friend boy when they travelled when he was 4 months old.. It's advisable to travel with a baby in trains and in flight after baby is 6-8 months..
