Its called as posseting.
Burp properly after each and every feed for atleast 10 min or till baby take 4 burp
Feed ur baby as per baby's demand only
Don't overfeed ur baby
Keep a watch on urine output
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day

Hello ma’am Yes it is completely normal but if your child is vomiting full day that means you’re just over feeding your child unknowingly so would like to tell you that once you feed the child then the next week should only be provided to the child when your child demands for it not for any specific time gap and make sure that you are making your child burp well after every feed
