Q.

#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko As bird flu is increasing...is it advisable to give eggs for my baby. My baby weights 9.5 constantly for more than 3 mths... couldn't make her weight gain. I'm really worried to see her lean (22 mths old). Pls give some suggestions

A. If cooked well yeah you can. The disease is transmitted to humans through contact with infected bird feces, nasal secretions, or secretions from the mouth or eyes. Consuming properly cooked poultry or eggs from infected birds doesn't transmit the bird flu, but eggs should never be served runny.
