1.no you can not offer external milk at this stage of age.
it is advisable to offer it only after one year age.
2.usually ,it alright by the time.
give gentle massage to your child.
you can use any good brand mustard pillow like Babyhug mustard pillow
3.don't worry it is normal .
it is one kind of soothing mechanism.
just gently remove your child hand from mouth or distract your child by giving toys.
