NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello make sure that there is sufficient breast milk and also if pain on the nipples then it can be due to cracked or sore nipples and you may apply nip care or nipple butter cream and you can keep a warm compress if any pain over the breast
