wholesom meals - grain / millets , dal beans legumes / egg non veg
veg , curd paneer
fruits , add powdered nuts

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl6 months agoA. Whatever food you are having on an every day basis for all the three meals of breakfast lunch and dinner is the right thing to be given to the child also as there is no specific diet that you have to follow you just meant to give all the food to the child
