A. nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops in the nose followed by nasal aspirator to take out the secretions very gently steam inhalation will also be helpful in this case if there are any conducted sounds or wheezing and the baby is not able to flppreed then you need to take an opinion from your pediatrician if any further treatment is required for this.

A. that is very normal they are respiratory secretions present which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child. The sound of ghar... Ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract. if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secretions. if you feel that the child is having some difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavity as well as the respiratory tract. the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract
