Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give cheesy mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give all home cooked meals. Give bananas, avocados, pears, mangoes, pineapple and papaya. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, cashew nuts, peanuts, almonds and raisins. Give one boiled egg per day. Give peanut butter sandwiches and cheese sandwiches. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Also give pulses like moong Dal and urad Dal. Give brown rice and whole wheat pasta.
